Connections & Interfaces

Uses all quick release cam-lok (1 1/2" & 1" & 3/4") and high pressure quick connect couplings (3/4"). Readily interfaces with any standard military 1 1/2" or 2" hoses for transferring potable water to other water storage bladders.

Special Tools Required

A. No special tools required while in operation. B. Maintenance requirements include standard metric and English wrenches, hex wrenches, adjustable wrenches, screw drivers, channel locks. Standard tool set.

Calibration Requirements

pH, TDS, conductivity, flow meters, etc. and all testing equipment require weekly checking and regular maintenance.

Routine Maintenance Schedule

1A. Oil in diesel engines needs to be checked every day before operating. 1B. Break in period, change oil after 20 hr. then oil in Yanmar diesels should be changed every 100 hr. of operation. See attached maintenance schedule. C. Backflushing multimedia filter; pre-filter and view-flow screen cleaning at least once every 20 hr. Total system flush after before each period of extended shutdown or storage.

PRO System must be flushed with clean water and drained of excess water before putting the unit in storage. Storage temperature range -20°F to 160°F

Decontamination Procedure

Components may be decontaminated with soap and water or 5% hypochlorite solution.

Engines: 6,000 hr. before overhaul - Pumps: 3,000 hr. then change internals - RO Elements: 2 years

Disposal Procedure

Warranty & Coverage

A full warranty will be provided covering all and any defective part and all associated repair costs, including shipping and labor, for 1 year after the date of purchase within CONUS.

Contractor Lifecycle Support (repair, replacement, technical assistance)

All parts and labor required for successful repair or replacement will be made available by the contractor for a period of 5 years after the date of purchase. Technical assistance will be provided by a designated company representative and through the company's 24 hour toll-free help line.

Operation and Maintenance Training Concept

The contractor will provide an instructor, classroom, and all necessary equipment for a 1 day training session for up to 10 personnel on use and maintenance at contractors facility at no charge. On site training anywhere in CONUS will be billed @ $500.00 per day plus expenses.

Manuals & Videos

The contractor will provide technical manuals and training videos necessary for operation and maintenance at no charge.
